These terms apply when you order through DoorDrop.

Who we are

DoorDrop (“we”) runs DoorDrop, a buying service for customers in Bangladesh.

What we do

We buy products on your behalf from independent sellers on Taobao and 1688, ship them to Bangladesh and deliver them to you. We are not the seller of these products and are not part of Alibaba Group. Product details and pictures come from the seller's listing and are translated automatically, so small differences in colour or size can happen.

Prices and payment

Product prices are shown in taka and include China local delivery. The price is checked again at checkout; if it changed, you see the new price before you pay.
An order must be paid within 24 hours of placing it, or it is cancelled.
You pay the product price at checkout. Shipping to Bangladesh and home delivery are billed when the parcel arrives, on its real weight, as described on the Shipping page.
Online payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping and customs

Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance is included in the shipping rate. We deliver once the shipping bill is paid.

Items we can't ship

We refuse items that are illegal to import into Bangladesh or unsafe to carry, and we may cancel and refund an order if such an item is found.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a code we text you. Keep your phone safe; orders placed from your account are treated as yours.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong on our side, the most we pay back is what you paid us for the affected item, its shipping and its delivery.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
