Delete my data

How to ask

• Send the message “delete my data” to us on the WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram account you used.
• A person on our team confirms it is you, and tells you if an order is still open. We can’t deliver an order once its address is deleted.

What happens

• Within 30 days we delete your messages, your name, phone numbers and addresses, and we confirm in the same chat.
• We keep only what the law or our accounts need: order codes, amounts and payment transaction IDs, no longer linked to your name.

আপনার তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে যে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ, মেসেঞ্জার বা ইনস্টাগ্রাম থেকে অর্ডার করেছেন সেখানে “delete my data” লিখে পাঠান। ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার মেসেজ, নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ঠিকানা মুছে একই চ্যাটে জানিয়ে দেব।
