How ordering from Taobao and 1688 works.

    Search, or paste a Taobao or 1688 link. Prices show in taka, China local delivery included.

    Pay the product price

    Pay 100% of the product price at checkout, by card, bKash or Nagad.

  3. 03

    We buy and ship

    We buy from the seller into our China warehouse, then ship by air (10–15 days) or sea (35–50 days).

  4. 04

    Pay the rest on arrival

    We weigh your parcel in Bangladesh and send the shipping and delivery bill. Once paid, we deliver to your door.

Questions

How is the price worked out?+
Product price = China price × our taka rate + China local delivery. Shipping is separate: charged when it lands in Bangladesh, on the real weight, at the category's per-kg rate.
What do I pay at checkout?+
100% of the product price. Shipping and home delivery (৳80 inside Dhaka, ৳150 outside) are paid on arrival.
Air or sea?+
Air is faster (10–15 days), sea is cheaper (35–50 days). Batteries, liquids, powders and magnets go by sea only.
Are customs duties extra?+
No. Customs is included in the per-kg shipping rate.
Why does 1688 have a minimum order?+
1688 is a wholesale site. Each product has a minimum quantity, and the price per piece drops as you buy more.
What if the seller raises the price or runs out?+
Rises up to 5% we absorb. Above that you choose: pay the difference, or cancel that item. Money for a cancelled item goes to your wallet.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, until any item is bought. What you paid goes to your wallet, or back to bKash if you ask.
Where do I track my order?+
You get an SMS at each step. All orders are in your account.
What can't you ship?+
Weapons, knives and anything illegal to import. See Shipping.
